Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept any returns and/or exchanges for all print media, including boxes or bundles that include print media.
Custom made or made-to-order items are ineligible for returns.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, books, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Exchange (if applicable)
Exchange may be requested as long as the order has not shipped out yet.
Inform us as soon as possible if you would like an exchange on your order.
Once it is shipped, the exchange window has expired.
*When exchanging for item(s) of lesser value, you will be issued a refund of the difference. Item(s) of higher value will incur additional payment. Please email us for any exchange inquiries.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Order cancellations will be issued as long as the order has not shipped out yet. Once it is shipped, the cancellation window has expired.
